These Garlic  Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a game-changing twist on a classic cheeseburger! Juicy, seasoned  beef and melty cheese are wrapped inside golden, buttery biscuit dough and brushed with garlic Parmesan butter for an irresistible, bite-sized explosion of flavor. Perfect for appetizers, snacks, game day, or a fun dinner, these cheesy, garlicky, buttery burger bombs will disappear fast!

INGREDIENTS:

For the Cheeseburger Filling:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (for added depth)
1 tablespoon ketchup or mustard (optional, for burger flavor!)
For the Dough:
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count, like Pillsbury Grands) 🥖
For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup/mustard (if using).
Reduce heat to low and mix in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar, stirring until melted and creamy.
Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
2. Assemble the Cheeseburger Bombs:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Open the biscuit dough and separate the pieces. Flatten each biscuit into a 3–4 inch circle.
Place a heaping tablespoon of the cheeseburger filling into the center of each dough circle.
