Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Parmesan Shells

Juicy, golden-seared steak bites tossed in garlicky butter paired with silky, creamy Parmesan shells—this is comfort food that feels a little indulgent and very satisfying. It’s quick enough for a weeknight but special enough to feel like a treat.
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 lbs sirloin or ribeye cut into cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic minced
parsley chopped
8 oz pasta shells
2 tbsp butter for sauce
2 cloves garlic minced for sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
0.25 tsp garlic powder
0.25 tsp onion powder
1 pinch nutmeg
DIRECTIONS:
Cook pasta shells until tender; reserve some pasta water.
Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, then stir in Parmesan.
Season sauce and mix with pasta; adjust with pasta water if needed.
Pat steak dry and season.
Sear steak in hot oil until browned.
Add butter and garlic; toss to coat.
Finish with parsley and serve with pasta.
