GARLIC BUTTER LOBSTER TAIL
INGREDIENTS:
4 lobster tails
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare the lobster tails: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the top of the lobster shell, stopping at the base. Gently pull the lobster meat upward and rest it on top of the shell while still attached at the base.
Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
