Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Savory Parmesan Linguine
Tender, golden chicken bites tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce, served over silky linguine with savory Parmesan cheese. A comforting and satisfying meal perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family dinners.

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb chicken breast boneless, skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tbsp olive oil

4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

salt to taste

black pepper to taste

8 oz linguine pasta

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated

2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

DIRECTIONS:

Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Reduce the heat to medium, add the butter and garlic to the skillet with the chicken, and cook for another 2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
Toss the cooked linguine in the skillet with the chicken and garlic butter sauce.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the pasta and chicken, stirring to combine until the cheese is melted and everything is well coated.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
