Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken

Brown sugar chicken baked in a sweet honey-garlic sauce develops a deliciously browned and crispy skin as it cooks in the oven.

INGREDIENTS:

2 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 cloves of minced garlic

4 tablespoons of brown sugar

3 teaspoons of olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

In a small sauté pan, sauté the garlic with the oil until tender. Turn off the heat and stir in the brown sugar.

Place the chicken breasts in a lightly greased casserole dish and cover with the garlic and brown sugar mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F for 15 to 30 minutes.

Serve with rice and a vegetable salad for a delicious and easy meal.

To make cleaning the casserole dish easier, place a layer of tin foil in the dish and spray with cooking spray.
