INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups almond flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 ounces cream cheese

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

Melt the Cheese: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the cheeses are melted and well combined.

Mix Ingredients: Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms. Add the eggs and continue to mix until fully incorporated.

Shape the Dough: Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet. Shape it into a rectangular or oval loaf, about 1 inch thick.

Bake the Bread: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and firm to the touch.

Add Garlic Butter: Remove the bread from the oven. Brush the melted butter over the top and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Serve: Allow the bread to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
