Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese
INGREDIENTS:
Garlic Butter
01 – 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
02 – 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
03 – 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Sandwich Assembly
04 – 4 slices sandwich bread
05 – 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
DIRECTIONS:
01 – In a small bowl, thoroughly mix softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
02 – Evenly spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each bread slice.
03 – Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a work surface. Distribute the shredded cheese blend equally over these slices. Top with the remaining bread, buttered side facing up, to form two sandwiches.
04 – Set a large sauté pan over low heat. Transfer the sandwiches to the pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden brown and crisp.
05 – Carefully flip the sandwiches with a spatula. Continue cooking for another 4 to 5 minutes, until the second side is golden and the cheese is fully melted.
06 – Remove the sandwiches from the pan and serve at once, ensuring the cheese remains gooey and the bread is crisp.
