Fried Shrimp Cake

INGREDIENTS:

400g. Shrimp
150 g. Pork fat
3 cloves garlic
2 pcs. Coriander root
1 tsp. Pepper corn
1 tsp. Sesame oil
1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Salt
Bread crumbs
Crispy flour
2 eggs

DIRECTIONS:

Prepare Ingredients: Gather 400g of shrimp, 150g of pork fat, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 pieces of coriander root, 1 teaspoon of peppercorns, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, bread crumbs, crispy flour, and 2 eggs.
Prepare Shrimp Mixture: Peel and devein the shrimp. Chop the shrimp finely. Finely mince the garlic and coriander root. In a bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, minced garlic, minced coriander root, peppercorns, sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and salt. Mix well to combine.
Form Patties: Divide the shrimp mixture into small portions and shape them into patties.
Coat Patties: Dip each shrimp patty into beaten eggs, then coat with a mixture of bread crumbs and crispy flour.
Fry: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the shrimp cakes until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
