SEASONING Old Bay 2 tsp.
BUTTERMILK Half cup.
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon.
Onion powder 1 teaspoon.
Kosher salt 1 teaspoon.
Black pepper 1 teaspoon.
All-purpose flour 1 cup.
Yellow cornmeal ½ cup.
Large eggs 2.
Hot sauce 1 Tablespoon.
Lemon wedges and tartar sauce (optional).
DIRECTIONS:
Warm up a deep pot of vegetable oil to 350°F, ensuring it’s about 4 inches deep.
