FRESH PEACH DELIGHT DESSERT

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup granulated sugar

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, divided

1 package (3 oz) peach gelatin

1 cup boiling water

2 cups diced fresh peaches

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine flour, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool completely.
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip. Spread mixture over cooled crust.
In another bowl, dissolve peach gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved and let cool to room temperature.
Fold diced peaches into the gelatin. Gently spoon over the cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Top with remaining Cool Whip before serving.
