Extra Crispy Fried Fish
INGREDIENTS:
Fish fillets (1 lb)
Flour (1 cup)
Cornstarch (1/2 cup)
Baking powder (1 tsp)
Cold water (1 cup)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Cooking oil (for frying)
DIRECTIONS:
Season fish fillets with salt and pepper.
Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and cold water to form a batter.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Dip fish fillets in batter and fry until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels.
