This eclair cake is a French pastry that consists of a light, airy doughnut-like shell filled with cream and topped with chocolate. It’s a delicious treat that can be enjoyed as a dessert or snack.

INGREDIENTS:

8 oz Vanilla pudding mix
8 oz of Cool Whip
3 C Milk
16 oz Chocolate Frosting
16 oz Graham Crackersor something similar.

DIRECTIONS:

In a baking pan (13×9) layer the bottom with crackers.
Mix the Cool Whip and Pudding.
Add in the milk and mix.
Spread half of the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers at the base.
Layer more crackers on top of the mixture and repeat one more time …
