INGREDIENTS:

1 medium onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 bell pepper (any color, diced)
2 cups broccoli florets (or cauliflower for variety)
1 medium zucchini (diced)
1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional, for added depth)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper (to taste)
2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional, for umami richness)
1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth (for moisture)
For Serving:
Cooked rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice (as a base)
Fresh parsley or cilantro (chopped, for garnish)

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Cook the Ground Turkey
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 6–8 minutes. Drain any excess fat if needed.
Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables
