EASY CRISPY CHICKEN STRIPS

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 eggs, beaten

Cooking spray

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each chicken strip into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Place the coated chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each strip for even cooking.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy and golden brown.
