Easter Chocolate Lasagna
INGREDIENTS:
For the Crust:
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (Oreos or chocolate graham crackers)
6 tbsp melted butter
For the Cheesecake Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
For the Pudding Layer:
2 (3.4 oz) packages chocolate instant pudding
3 cups cold milk
For the Toppings:
2 cups whipped topping
Easter candies (Mini eggs, jelly beans, pastel M&M’s)
Chocolate shavings or sprinkles
DIRECTIONS:
1. Make the Crust
Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch dish. Chill 10 minutes.
2. Prepare the Cheesecake Layer
Beat cream cheese, sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over crust.
3. Add the Pudding Layer
Whisk pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes. Let thicken 5 minutes, then spread over cheesecake layer.
4. Top & Decorate
Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding.
Scatter Easter candies, sprinkles, and chocolate shavings on top.
5. Chill & Serve!
Refrigerate 4+ hours (or freeze 1-2 hours for faster setting). Slice and enjoy!
