These soft and chewy Easter cookie bars are made with a simple cake mix base and loaded with colorful candies and chocolate chips. Easy to prepare and perfect for spring gatherings, they deliver a festive, bakery-style treat with minimal effort.

INGREDIENTS:

1 box yellow cake mix about 15 oz

2 eggs large

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup Easter M&M candies

1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla until a thick dough forms.
Fold in M&Ms and chocolate chips.
Press dough evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are set and lightly golden.
Cool completely before slicing into bars.
