Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS:
10–12 hard-boiled eggs
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
3–4 teaspoons pickle juice
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Paprika, dill leaves, or chives for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
Mash yolks using a fork or hand mixer until smooth. Mix in mayonnaise, mustards, pickle juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Taste the filling and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
Garnish with paprika and fresh herbs before serving.
