Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna
This Crockpot  Ravioli Lasagna is the ultimate lazy lasagna—all the cheesy, meaty goodness of classic lasagna, but with frozen cheese ravioli instead of noodles! It’s quick to prepare, incredibly hearty, and loaded with layers of melty cheese, seasoned beef, and rich pasta sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights, meal prep, or a comforting family dinner!

INGREDIENTS:

For the Lasagna:
1 pound ground beef
1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (optional, for extra flavor)
Salt & black pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cook the Ground Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
Drain any excess grease.
Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add  pasta sauce, stir well, and remove from heat.
2. Assemble in the  Crockpot:
Spread ⅓ of the pasta sauce mixture on the bottom of the slow cooker.
Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
Sprinkle ⅓ of the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese on top.
Repeat layers: sauce → ravioli → cheese, ending with cheese on top.
3. Slow Cook to Perfection:
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is fully melted.
4. Serve & Enjoy!
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley for a pop of color!
Serve with garlic bread and a side salad for the ultimate Italian meal!
