Crockpot Christmas Crack
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Unsalted peanuts
1 lb Salted peanuts
12 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 oz Milk chocolate chips
20 oz Peanut butter chips
2 oz White almond bark or vanilla candy coating
DIRECTIONS:
In a large slow cooker, combine all ingredients except the bark (beginning with the peanuts).
Break the bark into bits and add to the slow cooker as the last layer.
Turn the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and simmer for 1 hour.
Remove the cover and whisk until well combined.
Put the lid back on and cook for another half hour, watching to make sure it doesn’t burn.
Stir again. Spoon mixture in small mounds onto wax paper or non-stick aluminum foil.
Give the candies at least one hour to solidify. Cheers!
