Crockpot Beef Stroganoff
When all you want is to enjoy a creamy and beefy comfort food that is quick to whip up, this crockpot beef stroganoff can do a great job at settling those cravings. The combination of egg noodles, cream cheese, mushroom soup and stewed beef in this recipe is to die for.

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs. Stew meat cut into bite-sized pieces
2 Can Condensed golden mushroom soup
1 Large onion diced
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ C. Water
1 tsp. Garlic salt
Few dashes of hot paprika
1 Bag egg noodles
8 oz. Cream cheese cut into pieces

DIRECTIONS:

Mix together the soup, onion, worcestershire sauce, water, garlic salt and paprika in the bottom of a slow
cooker.
Stir in the stew meat.
Place the lid on the slow cooker, and cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove the lid, turn the temperature to high, place the cream cheese into the slow cooker, and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Whisk to combine well and serve over prepared egg noodles.
