Crock Pot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa is a comforting and hearty dish that combines the rich flavors of cheddar pierogies, smoky kielbasa, and creamy cheeses, all cooked to perfection in a slow cooker. This easy-to-make casserole is perfect for busy weeknights or a cozy family dinner.
INGREDIENTS:
3 boxes Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies Regular or mini; mini preferred
4 cups chicken broth
1 8 oz. block cream cheese, cut into cubes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound kielbasa sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare the Ingredients: Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces; cut the cream cheese into small cubes.
Assemble the Casserole: Place pierogies in the crockpot, add sliced kielbasa, scatter cream cheese cubes, sprinkle shredded cheddar, and pour chicken broth over the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the Casserole: Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
