Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

Crispy Roasted Cauliflower
If you’re looking for a meatless substitute, try this Baked  Cauliflower recipe. It’s crispy, savory, and could even surpass your favorite  meat meal! You may eat it as a snack, a side dish, or even the main meal because to its golden-brown exterior and soft inside.

INGREDIENTS:

one medium cauliflower head, florets removed
a total of three teaspoons of olive oil
1.5 milligrams of garlic powder
(optional) 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon
50% dry oregano, 1/2 teaspoon
half a teaspoon of salt
half a teaspoon of unseasoned black pepper
If you want it extra crispy, add 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
Add a touch of flavor with a drizzle of sauce, lemon wedges, or fresh parsley as an optional garnish.

DIRECTIONS:

Get the Cauliflower Ready, First
Ready your oven for baking at 425°F (220°C).
The cauliflower florets should be washed and patted dry. This will make sure they roast up perfectly crisp.
Two, Add Flavor to the Cauliflower
Coat the cauliflower florets with olive oil and set them aside in a big basin.
Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoky paprika, oregano, and Parmesan cheese (if desired). Make sure the florets are coated evenly by mixing thoroughly.
Third, throw the cauliflower in the oven to roast.
Arrange the seasoned cauliflower in an equal layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. To ensure even roasting, arrange the florets in a single layer.
After 20 to 25 minutes of preheating the oven, turn the florets over halfway through roasting, and continue roasting until they are golden brown and somewhat crispy around the edges.
4. Put out
After taking it out of the oven, place the crispy cauliflower on a dish and serve.
For an extra burst of flavor, top with some fresh parsley, a squeeze of lemon, or whichever dipping sauce you choose.
Helpful Hints for Everyday Cooking: To make sure the cauliflower cooks evenly, cut it into florets of about the same size.
To make it extra crispy, either raise the oven temperature a little or broil for the last two or three minutes.
Heat It Up: For an extra spicy kick, sprinkle with cayenne pepper or red chili flakes.
Suggested Servings
Grilled meats, spaghetti, and rice go well with this side dish.
