Crispy Cottage Cheese Chips
INGREDIENTS:
For the Chips:
1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)
1 large egg
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional Seasonings:
Everything Bagel Seasoning
Chili Powder
Italian Herb Blend
Nutritional Yeast (for a cheesy, nutty flavor)
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat Your Oven
Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Prepare the Mixture
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Shape the Chips
Spoon small portions (about 1 tablespoon each) onto the baking sheet. Spread into thin, even circles—thinner chips will be crispier.
Bake the Chips
Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and firm. Let them cool completely to crisp up further.
Season & Serve
Sprinkle with extra seasonings if desired. Enjoy on their own or with dips like salsa, guacamole, or tzatziki.
