Crescent and Chicken Roll-ups
This Crescent and Chicken Roll-ups Recipe is one of my favorite chicken recipes. It’s easy to make, and the crescent rolls add a nice touch of flavor to the dish. The chicken is juicy and tender, and the crescent rolls add a bit of crunch.
INGREDIENTS:
½ c Chicken broth
2 c Shredded chicken
1 Roll Crescent rolls
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 ½ c Shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together the soup, chicken, and broth.
Fold in ½ of the cheese, and stir to combine.
Roll out the crescent roll dough, and divide it into triangles.
Place a bit of the chicken filling on the widest end of each crescent roll, and roll the dough closed over the filling, and towards the point.
Place the rolls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with the cheese that remains, and allow it to melt before serving.
