Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails
INGREDIENTS:
2 lobster tails
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Optional: lemon wedges for serving
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
With kitchen shears, cut along the top of each lobster shell to reveal the meat. Gently lift the meat up, laying it over the shell.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Continue stirring for 2-3 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake the Lobster:
Arrange the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Spoon the creamy garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat, coating it evenly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for extra flavor.
