Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced or cubed
– 4 oz linguine, cooked al dente
– 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
– 2 Tbsp butter
– 1½ cups heavy cream
– 2 Tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
– ¼ tsp salt
– ¼ tsp dried basil
– ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
– 1 garlic clove, minced

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a bowl, combine chicken and Cajun seasoning, tossing to coat evenly.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the seasoned chicken in butter until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
3. Add heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, salt, garlic, and black pepper to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens.
4. Pour the creamy sauce over the hot linguine and toss to coat thoroughly.
5. Garnish with Parmesan cheese before serving.
