Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
For the Cookies:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cream the Butter, Cream Cheese & Sugar:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, cream cheese, and sugar together until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until the dough comes together.
