Crack Burgers
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 hamburger buns
Lettuce, tomato slices, red onion slices (for serving)
Mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup (optional, for serving)
DIRECTIONS:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and form them into burger patties, ensuring they are evenly shaped and compacted to hold together during cooking.
Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the burger patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached. Avoid pressing down on the burgers while cooking to retain their juiciness.
