Crab and Cream Cheese Snacks
Oh my goodness. If you are looking for a tasty as-can-be appetizer that takes a crab and cream cheese roll to the next melt-in-your-mouth level, this easy crab cream cheese snacks recipe is for you. First, there’s nothing better than a combo of cream cheese, mayo, and sweet crab meat, right? But when it is whipped together and tucked inside a buttery crescent roll and perfectly seasoned, the taste is out of this world!

INGREDIENTS:

1-8 oz. tube crescent roll dough
3 oz. cream cheesesoftened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup cooked crabmeatchopped
2 green onionschopped
1/8- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt and pepperto taste

DIRECTIONS:

Heat oven to 375°F/190°C.
Coat pan with cooking spray. Spread the dough on the tray, and with the help of a rolling pin, flatten the corners well to create a perfect rectangle. Cut 6 rows by 4 rows to get 24 squares.
Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and crabmeat in a bowl. Add the onion and the red pepper.
Drop a tablespoon of the crab mixture onto each of the dough squares on the pan.
Take the excess corner, and fold the dough over the filling until it is sealed with the other end. Press properly to seal.
Move to a separate baking sheet, and if you want you can top them with egg white. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
