INGREDIENTS:

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsalted butter , melted

3 large eggs , room temperature

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

For the Glaze (Optional):

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1–2 tablespoons milk (adjust for consistency)

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Preheat and Prep

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) . Grease and flour an 8×8-inch square baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.

Step 2: Add the Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
