Cilantro-Lime Avocado Salsa

INGREDIENTS:

2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced

1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped

1 small jalapeño, seeded and chopped (optional, for a spicy kick)

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup water (adjust for desired consistency)

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin (optional, for extra flavor)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional Add-Ins

1/4 cup diced red onion (adds a sharp, zesty flavor)

1 tomatillo, husked and chopped (for a tangy, authentic twist)

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (for a hint of smokiness)

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

Dice the avocados and set them aside.

Rinse and chop the cilantro, removing any large stems.

Step 2: Blend the Salsa
