Chili Cheese Dogs
INGREDIENTS:
4 hot dog buns 
4 hot dogs 
1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey 
1 can kidney beans (drained) 
1 cup chili sauce 
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
Chopped chives or parsley for garnish 
Salt and pepper to taste 
DIRECTIONS:
Cook the Hot Dogs:
Grill or pan-fry the hot dogs until they are nicely browned and heated through.
Make the Chili:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chili sauce and beans to the meat, and stir to combine. Let the mixture simmer for about 5-10 minutes to heat through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Chili Cheese Dogs:
Place each hot dog into a bun.
Spoon the chili mixture generously over each hot dog.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt on top of the hot chili.
Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with chopped chives or parsley for an added pop of freshness. Serve immediately!
