Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS:

1 rotisserie chicken
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 dried cranberries
1 cup almond slivers
1 cup chopped pecans
⅓ cup mayonnaise
¼ tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Shred the chicken using your fingers or a pair of forks, or finely chop it with a sharp knife.
Combine the chicken, garlic, salt, cranberries, nuts, and black pepper in a bowl.
Mix in the mayonnaise and serve right away or chill for an hour first.
