Chicken Noodle Casserole
This chicken noodle bake is the ultimate comfort food. Tender chicken and egg noodles are simmered in a creamy chicken broth, then topped with a crispy layer of cheese and bread crumbs. It’s easy to see why this dish is a family favorite.
INGREDIENTS:
12 oz. Egg noodles
4 C. Shredded chicken
2 Cans Cream of chicken soup
1 C. Milk
1 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
2 C. Frozen mixed vegetables
½ tsp. Garlic powder
½ tsp. Onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the egg noodles and drain completely.
In a large bowl, toss together all of the ingredients including the egg noodles.
Layer the mixture in the bottom of a well greased 9×13 baking dish.
Cover with tin foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
