2 8-ounce cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 10.5-ounce cans cream of chicken soup
8-ounce package cream cheese
3 cups fully cooked shredded chicken
1 package ranch dressing mix
2 green onions, chopped

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preparing the Dish
Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
