INGREDIENTS:

– 4 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
– 8 oz. ham, diced
– 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
– 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 1 teaspoon thyme leaves, fresh or dried
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 1/4 cups milk
– 1 can (10.75 oz.) cream of chicken soup
– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
– Cooking spray

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped chicken, diced ham, and half of the Swiss cheese. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper until smooth.
4. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and ham layers, making sure to cover completely.
