Chicken Breast in Cream Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound chicken breast, sliced
1 tablespoon Maggi® Complete Seasoning
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup white onion, sliced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup green bell pepper, sliced
1 container Carnation® UHT Evaporated Milk (135 ml)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken and Vegetables
Season the chicken breast slices with Maggi® Complete Seasoning.
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and sauté for five minutes.
Add the sliced onion and bell peppers (red, yellow, and green). Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Step 2: Prepare the Cream Sauce
Pour in the Carnation® Evaporated Milk and add the all-purpose flour to the skillet with the chicken and vegetables.
Cook everything together for five more minutes, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
Step 3: Serve
Once cooked, remove from heat and serve hot.
