Cheesy Turkey Meatball Skillet
Don’t hold off for the moment to be perfect. Take a moment, and make it perfect with this cheesy turkey meatball skillet, a recipe that is a main course takes less than an hour to make and will leave your guests thinking about it for at least the next 12 hours.
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ lb. Turkey, Ground
⅓ cup Bread Crumbs
1 large Egg
⅓ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
2 tsp. Gals, Minced
2 tbsp. Skim Milk
1 tbsp. Tomato Paste
Salt And Pepper To Taste
FOR THE SAUCE:
2 tsp. Garlic, Minced
Salt And Pepper To Taste
28 oz. Tomatoes, Crushed
1 ½ cup Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
Chopped Parsley For Garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together the ingredients for the meatballs, and mix with your hands until completely combined.
Make 18 meatballs from the mixture.
Saute the meatballs over medium low heat for about 5-6 minutes per side.
Stir in the garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix in the crushed tomatoes, cover and simmer until the meatballs are cooked through.
Sprinkle with cheese, and allow it to melt before serving.
