Cheesy Stuffed Mozzarella Onion
INGREDIENTS:
01 – 2 large onions
02 – 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

03 – 1 cup all-purpose flour
04 – 2 eggs, beaten
05 – 1 cup breadcrumbs
06 – Vegetable oil for deep frying
DIRECTIONS:
01 – Slice onions into 1/2-inch wide rings and separate each ring. Select a smaller and a slightly larger ring, place the smaller ring inside the larger, and press shredded mozzarella cheese into the gap between the rings.
02 – Dredge each stuffed onion ring in all-purpose flour, ensuring even coverage. Dip floured rings in beaten eggs, letting the excess drip off. Press each ring firmly into breadcrumbs, coating completely.
03 – Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F. Working in batches, fry stuffed onion rings for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp. Avoid crowding the cooking vessel.

04 – Transfer fried onion rings to a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil. Serve immediately while hot for best texture.
