INGREDIENTS:

4 large russet potatoes
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 🍽️
