Cheesy Garlic Bread
INGREDIENTS:
1 loaf of French bread or baguette 
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 
2-3 cloves garlic, minced 
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
1-2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 
Salt and pepper, to taste 
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare the Bread:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the French bread or baguette into halves or into individual slices. 
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is combined into a spreadable mixture. 

Spread the Mixture:
Generously spread the garlic cheese butter over each piece of bread, making sure to cover the surface evenly. 

Bake the Bread:
Place the bread halves or slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bread is golden brown. 
Serve:
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with extra fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy goodness!
