Cheesy Beef Croissant Ring

INGREDIENTS:

1 package of refrigerated croissant dough (8 rolls) 🥐
1 lb ground beef 🍖
1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red, yellow, green) 🌶️
1/2 cup diced onion 🧅
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
1 tsp cumin (optional) 🌿
Salt and pepper, to taste 🧂
1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking) 🫒
1 egg (for egg wash) 🍳

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 🔥
Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain excess fat if necessary. 🍳
Add Vegetables:
Add the diced bell peppers and onions to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables soften. Season with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well, then remove from heat. 🌶️🧅
Prepare the Croissant Dough:
Unroll the croissant dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Arrange the croissant pieces in a circle, leaving a hole in the middle, like a ring. 🥐✨
Assemble the Croissant Ring:
