Cheesy Bacon Ranch Potato Foil Packets
INGREDIENTS:
For the Lasagna:
1 lb ground beef, Italian sausage, or plant-based crumbles
1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce (or homemade if preferred)
1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli (no need to thaw!)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Optional Add-Ins:
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped spinach
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (for heat)
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Brown the Meat
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or sausage until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to combine flavors.
Step 2: Layer the Ingredients
Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of your slow cooker to prevent sticking.
Add a layer of frozen ravioli (about half the package) on top of the sauce.
Spoon half of the remaining meat sauce over the ravioli.
