Cheesy Bacon Dip
This warm, creamy dip combines cheddar, cream cheese, bacon, and green onions, creating a cheesy, savory experience. Perfect for parties, gatherings, or a cozy snack at home.
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz cream cheese softened
2 cups light sour cream for creaminess
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese for a sharp cheesy flavor
6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
0.5 cup green onions sliced, for garnish and flavor
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This high temperature will help melt the cheese and bring out the flavors in the dip.
In a large bowl, combine 8 oz softened cream cheese, 2 cups of light sour cream, 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, 6 slices crumbled bacon, and ½ cup sliced green onions. Stir until well blended and smooth.
Spoon the mixture into a 1-quart baking dish and spread evenly. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the dip is thoroughly heated.
