Carolina BBQ Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
