Cajun Shrimp & Steak Feast

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb (450g) steak, cut into bite-sized pieces (like sirloin or ribeye)
1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Lemon wedges, for serving

DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl, toss steak pieces with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, and a little salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, season shrimp with the remaining Cajun seasoning.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until seared. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and garlic. Sauté until fragrant, then add bell pepper and tomatoes. Cook until softened.
Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Return steak to skillet and stir to combine.
Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
