Cabbage Soup Diet

INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 onion, choppedEzoic

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium head of cabbage, chopped

2 carrots, sliced

4 cups vegetable broth

1 can diced tomatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

1 Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until onion is translucent.

2 Add chopped cabbage and carrots to the pot. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3 Pour in vegetable broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.

4 Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.

5 Serve hot and enjoy your hearty cabbage soup.
