Brownie Bomb Bars

INGREDIENTS:

Bottom Layer:

Brownie Mix: 1 Box (follow box instructions fully and for cooking times.)

Eggs: 2 Large

Vegetable Oil: 1/4 cup

Water: 1/4 cup

Middle Layer:

Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Crème: 1 Jar (198 g)

Top Layer:

Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips: 2 cups

Peanut Butter: 1 cup

Rice Krispies: 3 cups

DIRECTIONS:

Preparation: Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the brownie mix box. Spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Bake the Brownies: Prepare the brownie mix according to the instructions on the box, using the specified amount of eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Bake the brownies as directed and allow them to cool completely.

Add the Middle Layer: Once the brownies are cooled, spread the Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Crème evenly over the top.

Prepare the Top Layer: In a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and well blended. Stir in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.

Layer the Top Mixture: Spread the chocolate-peanut butter mixture evenly over the marshmallow crème layer.

Chill and Serve: Cover the pan and refrigerate for at least two hours to allow the bars to set. Once chilled, cut into squares and serve.
