Brown Sugar Pineapple Ham Bake
INGREDIENTS:
01 – 3 cups diced cooked ham
02 – 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained, 1/4 cup juice reserved

03 – 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
04 – 2 tablespoons Dijon or yellow mustard
05 – 1 tablespoon soy sauce
06 – 1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice
07 – 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
08 – Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
01 – Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
02 – In a medium bowl, whisk together brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce, reserved pineapple juice, and ground cloves until smooth.
