Broccoli Salad With Red Grapes, Bacon and Sunflower Seeds

INGREDIENTS:
8 slices bacon
⅓ cup sunflower seed kernels
1 large head broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
⅓ cup diced red onion
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp white sugar
1 pinch ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Mix the previously cooked bacon with the sunflower seeds in a bag and seal it.
In a separate bowl, mix the broccoli, red onion, and grapes. Add the remaining bacon, along with the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and black pepper. Stir and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for two hours.
Before serving, sprinkle the bacon and sunflower seed mixture over the salad and mix well.
